Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary

At SuperATV we are working to WOW our customers with innovative, race-tested products and world class customer service. Currently, we have a new opportunity to add a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist. This role will help continue SuperATV's growth and impact in the off-roading industry.

Primary Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
  • Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques
  • Setup and configure new users in Active Directory and Office 365
  • Workstation setup, configuration and deployment
  • Perform compliance audits per work instructions
  • Maintain and configure office phone system

Qualifications

  • Qualified candidates must have skills and abilities consistent with three years' experience in a high volume, fast-paced helpdesk environment at a minimum.
  • Must have high level of expertise in the following: PC and laptop hardware components and configuration, expert troubleshooting skills, mobile devices and endpoint security.

Education / Experience

  • Experience with desktop version of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and various end user software packages.
