Clinician Children's Behavioral Health (Full time)

Pay Range: (70k-80k)

Have a passion for working with children, youth and families?

The therapist will provide individual and family counseling to children and adolescents with significant behavioral health challenges in home and community-based settings. These services are for children who are at risk for placement outside of the home due to emotional and behavioral concerns. We need an individual with high energy and a thorough understanding of children's mental health practice. Our goal is to help strengthen the family by providing support to child/adolescent with emphasis on social/emotional competency skills and/or daily living skills.

Must have comprehensive knowledge and understanding of trauma informed care, risk management and safety planning. Will develop coping strategies for management of emotional outbursts, create and develop treatment plans, provide assistance to caregivers in establishing structure, routine and effective behavior management interventions. Candidate must be willing to be part of our multi-disciplinary team and work to collaborate with providers and link families to resources in the community. The individual must have prior experience working with children, youth and families. Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner, attend weekly individual supervision, and participate in consultations when identified.

Education/Licensing Requirements:Master's degree in social workor a related discipline. LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC preferred or working towards the licensure. Bilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply!
