SUMMARY

The Operations & Engagement Specialist will partner with COE leaders and members to understand and standardize processes and procedure approaches to help drive talent strategies. This role will specifically support our talent acquisition function to work toward creating standard approaches and strategies that allow for an efficient and effective candidate and hiring manager experience. This role will report to the operations and engagement leader for all of Talent & Culture Enablement community of expertise and will have dual reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Partner with COE leaders and members to understand and align approaches to create consistency in practices and processes

* Serves as the consistent point of contact for day-to-day operations of the COE and pulls in relevant experts to support business and employee needs

* Creates the knowledge management approach for the COE with expert guidance and partners with HR Services to ensure alignment to broader HR knowledge management approaches

* In partnership with people analytics, works to design and maintain key measurement approaches to prove the effectiveness of the COE

* Serves as a key partner in the deployment and upkeep of core COE programs advising on consistent and effective approaches

* Maintains systems that support process and knowledge management that are user-friendly

* Provides thought leadership on effective implementation

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

* Minimum 5+ years of related experience

* Bachelor's degree in business, HR, and/or equivalent experience

* Some experience working in Talent Acquisition

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
