Department: Corporate Partnerships - Partnership Success & Strategy

Reporting Relationship: Director - Partnership Success & Strategy

Status: Full-Time (Exempt)

Position Summary

The Partnership Success & Strategy Sr. Coordinator manages the day-to-day relationships with select Carolina Panthers partners, including account management, contract fulfillment, and retention efforts, with the goal of successfully providing our partners with best-in-class service and flawless execution.

Roles and Responsibilities



  • Serve as primary contact for all assigned partnership accounts, working alongside the Director, Partnership Success & Strategy
  • Responsible for overall day-to-day account management including contract activation and fulfillment, strategic direction, and budget for assigned corporate partners
  • Manage partnership deliverables (i.e. branding, signage, media, print, promotional, entertainment elements, etc.) to ensure quality standards and that partner expectations are met
  • Lead assigned partner events throughout the year
  • Responsible for communicating particulars of all partnership benefits including deadlines, approval processes, specs and other relevant logistics
  • Coordinate the implementation of branding and activations during Panthers game days and other events including digital signage, in-game features, and fan engagement activations
  • Support and review partner activations, including evaluation and approval of promotional programs, rules, artwork, and in-market supporting media
  • Track all corporate partner activation expenses and coordinate all efforts with accounting teams (both internal and external), including invoicing and payment statuses
  • Liaise between Partner and all internal departments to ensure partner satisfaction
  • Must develop and maintain courteous, effective, and professional working relationships with partners and employees at all levels of the organization
  • Maintain appropriate level of confidentiality with regard to partner and Club matters
  • Initiate and maintain regular contact with client and/or client's agency, developing strong professional relationships
  • Lead renewal process for each partner contract and identifies/pursues additional revenue opportunities
  • Additional duties may be assigned that are not listed above but are included in the scope of this role



Qualifications and Education Requirements



  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant client management experience
  • Proven track record in managing and onboarding long-term, top tier integrated marketing partnerships
  • Capacity to work in partnership with the sales team to meet challenging sales objectives in a high profile, competitive marketplace
  • Creativity to develop strategic and purpose driven solutions
  • Excellent spelling, grammar, proofreading skills and a strong ability to communicate both orally and written
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must pass pre-employment screenings

Work Environment and Physical Requirements



  • Must be able to work in non-traditional settings, and work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time
