Responsible to model the University Mission through dedicated job performance, service excellence to constituencies, respectful collaboration and active support of the University's Mission and Catholic and Lasallian Higher education.
-Foster inclusive excellence and promote equity for students consistent with the University's designation as a "Sanctified Zone"
-Epitomizes outstanding service excellence (customer service) to students, faculty/staff, and visitors through all interactions as viewed through the University's
Service Excellence Philosophy.
-Provides hands-on assistance and guidance to students for matters related to Financial Aid Services, the Student Accounts/Bursar's Office, the Registrar's Office, Career Services, and Residence Life.
-Effectively utilizes technology and other platforms and resources, including Banner, the
myLewis Student Portal, and the Lewis University Master Calendar to provide and share information, to assist students in navigating common processes and practices, provide directions, and answer questions about campus events and activities.
-Monitors activities in the
LRC Lobby, reporting incidents of concern or policy violations.
-Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, think critically, solve problems and work independently.
-Track daily assistance and service requests to use for continuous improvement purposes
-Participates in required training and orientation activities
-Upholds Student Handbook policies and procedures including the University "Front Door Policy"
-Perform other related duties as assigned. |
