Description
POSITION: Manager Family Preservation Tier 2

DEPARTMENT: Family Preservation (Independence, KS)

Starting Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 (Annually)

(Starting salary depends on education and experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Manager of Family Preservation Case Management Services for Tier 2 services supervises the activities of case management dyads consisting of FPS Case Managers and Family Support Workers (Tier 2) in the delivery of services and provides support and guidance to staff with their family assessment, goals, intervention strategies, reports, safety planning, as well as monitoring stress and self-care and putting staff on professional development plans as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in social work or related field, licensed by the Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board to practice in Kansas, 1 year supervising and 3 years in child and family services. Must be at least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical and drug screening. This position also requires a valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance.
