EEO Statement

As the Early Education was transferred to our existing facility three years ago the student enrollment was at 40. I am proud to say through great efforts on our part in working with admissions we have hit our maximum census of 72. We were able to convert fine arts classrooms into multiply disabled classes to allow for census growth. The maximum growth target of 72 was planned for June of 2024, but we were able to reach this target by January 2024.

The student and staff growth has caused a need to create another supervisor here. This additional staff member was planned for as we projected maximizing our student population. The strong census is able to support the budget costs of an additional supervisor.

The supervisor will assist the principal with the safety and well being of students and staff and monitoring of systems in place. The additional supervisor will allow for expansion and enhancement of current practices to remain current in our field. The instructional integrity, compliance and staff development will also be expanded with the additional staff member.

The additional supervisor can also be groomed as a possible candidate to be the next principal of our school. I would suggest in the job posting we ask that the candidate hold a CE as a School Principal.
