Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

    Data entry and records management,
  • Development of timely Patent and Invention Reports
  • Preparation of routine correspondence and other contractually required documentation
  • Metrics data compilation and maintenance
  • Assist with special projects, as required


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of relevant experience; experience in an Intellectual Property-intensive environment (e.g., engineering/technology Company, technology transfer office).
  • Knowledge of contracting principles and government contracting requirements preferred.
  • Able to handle multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to quickly understand processes and ensure adherence to the same.
  • Must be able to deploy a systematic approach to work, and must have an aptitude for performing work functions in a timely and well organized manner without the need for constant oversight.
  • Strong communication skills with a commitment to Customer Service.
  • US Citizen with ability to attain a government clearance.
