International Mobility Business Travel Analyst

Introduction to the job

The Business Travel team is part of ASML Business Services (ABS), and supports business travelers in the area of immigration, social security and tax and other global mobility matters. We are looking for a hands-on colleague who can provide in-depth support on International Mobility matters for the US and globally. As an International Mobility Business Travel Analyst you will be a key source for international mobility matters in the US with a global scope. The job requires collaboration with other ASML departments and managing daily operations and escalations. You will also be responsible to mentor and support other team members in order to achieve the strategic goals for the team.

Role and responsibilities
  • Making assessments about required processes and steps from a compliance perspective (rules on immigration, tax, social security, labor law, etc.);
  • Support and mentor other team members;
  • Vendor management;
  • Involvement in different improvement processes;
  • Advise employees, HR & Line manager on immigration, tax or social security rules;
  • Coordinate demand/fulfillment;
  • Analyze and review process feedback and report to management about findings;
  • First line escalation when business needs and compliancy do not fully meet;
  • Handle US immigration support documentation.
Education and experience
  • Bachelor Degree. Economics, Law, Business Administration, Human resources or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in the field of Human Resources, Global Mobility, preferable Immigration and within an international organization.
  • Database management skills, Intermediate experience involving MS Office suite applications (Excel, Word, Outlook), MS Teams, Project Management Planner.
  • Ability to lead independent projects.
  • Mentoring skills.

  • Demonstrated strong teamwork and collaboration skills working in a dynamic and changing multinational organization.
  • Analytical skills to be able to act on a tactical level in combination with a very pragmatic and result-driven approach.

  • Fluent in English.
