Role Overview: The Corporate Strategy team focuses on Mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint venture (JV) deals, and partnerships for CSG Long range strategic planning activities (long range plan, capital structure, shareholder, value creation) As a Strategic Finance Senior Associate in Corporate Strategy, you'll support the long-term vision and direction of the organization You'll work closely with cross-functional teams (finance, accounting, operations, etc.) Responsibilities: Long Range Strategic Plan: Develop, maintain, and adapt the long range strategic plan to support key capital structure, spend, and value creation decisions for the executive leadership team Financial Due Diligence: Drive the financial analysis components of the due diligence process (ARR, TCV / ACV bookings, contract lengths, gross / net retention rates, customer overlap and churn, etc.) Analyzing Prospects: Gather and synthesize key financial and operational information about potential acquisition opportunities to help inform the M&A pipeline Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.
