This position is independently responsible for identifying, developing, and executing talent strategies, identifying trends, and providing hiring guidance to Hiring Managers within their identied client group. Individual duties will include such things as internet job postings, advertising and media campaigns, sourcing, and screening of qualied applicants, and facilitating the offer process. Will provide technical and operational expertise to customers in all matters relating to the hiring process and will be responsible for working closely with other Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Human Resources partners to ensure timely, accurate, and effective services are delivered to our shared customers.
