Your Role With Us: The Adult Float Pool at Salem Hospital is a team of nurses and CNAs who float throughout our acute care and critical care units. These highly trained nurses and CNAs develop a wide knowledge base and are able to provide care to a wide range of different diagnoses. The team prides themselves on providing exceptional care every time to each of their patients.
