Role Description & Responsibilities DASSAULT SYSTEMES is at the forefront of innovation! DASSAULT SYSTEMES is looking for a motivated IT Operations Specialist to join our IT team in Waltham, MA in an onsite/hybrid role. This role focuses on assisting IT in delivering IT Hardware and Software to our internal customers as well as assisting with purchasing functions and vendor management for the department. * You will be responsible for IT purchasing, requesting payments, interacting with vendors, as well as internal Procurement and AP teams. * You will conduct research into current orders as well as legacy orders and invoices to ensure proper and timely payments have been made * In this role you will serve as a project manager in ensuring projects for both your team and other teams in the department are on track * You will monitor your territory and maintain dashboards to take actions leading to cost aversion and risk reductions * You will contribute to and eventually own the building of the budget for Americas IT Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in an analytical discipline preferred (e.g., engineering, computer science, business) * 3+ years of technical or operational experience in IT o Experience with budget/cost control; knowledge of cash, capex, opex, P&L, and other accounting topics * Experience in facilitating and leading software asset management programs with demonstrated continuous improvement efforts * Demonstrated experience in managing and owning IT budgets * Experience with project management, preferably IT project related * IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) process certification preferred * Experience with ERP is a plus * Knowledge of French is a plus * Software Asset Management knowledge and experience is a plus o Licensing knowledge and product use rights for MS, Oracle, IBM, Symantec, Adobe, Copyright knowledge for software licensing Shape your career with 3DS! #WeAre3DS As a game-changer in sustainable technology and innovation, Dassault Systemes is striving to build more inclusive and diverse teams across the globe. Compensation & Benefits
Dassault Systemes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Benefits include a choice of plans providing comprehensive coverage for medical, dental, vision care for employee & dependents as well as employee life, short & long term disability, tuition reimbursement, immediate 401K enrollment, 401K match (50 cents on the dollar, up to the first 8% of your eligible compensation that you contribute based on match eligibility criteria), flexible time off policy, and 10 paid holidays.
