Responsibilities General Function: A Branch & Community Development Manager is responsible for strategic implementation of business development plans to drive branch growth and profitability, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to acquire and retain customers, and developing ongoing partnerships with internal and external business partners. The person in this position will lead by example in the areas of community involvement, calling efforts, and customer service, including administering the Bank's strategy for achieving the annual goals and objectives relating to Loan Growth, Deposit Growth, Financial Services, Credit Administration and Business Development. This position will maintain oversight of the assigned branch, or in some areas two branches, to ensure compliance with operating policies and procedures. Essential Responsibilities:
Ancillary Duties: Actively participates in the community in a manner that reflects favorably on the Bank. As an integral member of the assigned branch office, this position is responsible to assist the branch, as well as the bank, in achieving their annual goals.
