Identity and Access Integration Engineer

As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist, you have the skills and experience to keep hackers from taking data and breaking processes. We're looking for someone like you to help our clients meet their missions without disruption.

As an IAM Access Management Engineer at Booz Allen, you'll play a critical role in the world of identity and access management and zero trust. In this role, you'll support large-scale IAM projects for our government clients. You'll interface with stakeholders and engineering teams to delve into the details and dependencies of critical processes and users' roles within them.

You'll apply knowledge of IAM solutions and frameworks to conceptualize, design, and implement secure access management solutions. You will design and Integrate IAM toolsets to enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) as a means of improving the security posture of large organizations.You'll assess the existing client environment and provide recommendations for MFA solutions that address various Authentication Assurance Levels.You will analyze emerging authentication technologies to design and implement Access Management solutions that support both internal and external users. You'll supervise junior engineers and maintain oversight of project milestones.

You Have:

• 2+ years of experience in delivering large-scale access management solutions
• 2+ years of experience with implementing SSO and MFA solutions
• Experience with Okta, Microsoft Active Directory Federation Service (ADFS), Entra ID, or Ping Identity
• Knowledge of Enterprise Directory architectures
• Knowledge of emerging authentication technologies and protocols
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience with engineering IAM systems, or 5+ years of experience with engineering IAM systems in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with working in an Agile delivery team
• Experience with presenting technical briefs to senior leadership
• Knowledge of various Access Control Frameworks, including NIST 800-53
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in CS or Software Engineering preferred
