Introduction Within ASML, the Customer Support (CS) sector is responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer locations. One of the departments in this sector is the In-Fab Material Team. The In-Fab Material Team is responsible for facilitating all material movements into and out of the customer facility across multiple shifts. The In-Fab Material Group Lead will be required to operate independently and maintain the In-Fab operation with little intervention. The candidate will supervise 3-5 direct reports and will be required to balance planning, capacity, and budget across multiple shifts and in tune with central project planning timelines. They will have responsibility for executing all material movements to supply materials as demand dictates to enable the operation and will be responsible for team development and maintaining team capacity through recruitment. This role will have the opportunity / need for domestic and international travel for extended periods following project demand. Role and Responsibilities
