THE JOB: As a Bell Person, you will serve as a key support figure for both Park MGM and NoMad Hotels, ensuring seamless guest experiences throughout their stay. Your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional hotel duties to include event-based support for Dolby Live and other special occasions. From assisting guests with luggage to providing essential concierge services, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of hospitality expected at our properties. THE STARTING PAY RATE: $14.50/HR + tips THE DAY-TO-DAY:

- Provide expert handling and care for luggage and guest items, ensuring effortless collection, transportation, delivery, and secure storage
- Guide guests through a comprehensive introduction to their guest room and the property, ensuring they feel fully acquainted and ready to enjoy every aspect of their stay
- Efficiently manage all bell-related tasks, from completing necessary documentation and tickets to handling incoming and outgoing phone calls for information, services, and deliveries, ensuring seamless communication and organization

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- One (1) year of guest service experience
- Valid Nevada state driver's license
- Ability to work varied shifts to include graveyard/swing shifts, as well as weekends and holidays
