We are searching for Project Manager (HR IT Technology) for a 1 yr. contract assignment.The person will be coordinating, facilitating, and overseeing several projects for HR IT Technology team. The ideal candidate will engage with multiple business units and teams to collaboratively to delivery key projects and strategic initiatives. This individual will apply the project management skills and techniques they have acquired to guide teams to deliver features with high velocity and top quality.

Job Overview

Candidates in this role organize and facilitate project management activities from project start through project close. Additionally, candidates must embrace and display servant leadership behaviors that come with the key mindset shifts associated with working within an Agile framework.

Job Duties & Responsibilities



  • Organizes and facilitates project planning, PI planning, collaboration and requirement gathering sessions, project roadmap and status updates
  • Facilitates collaboration for both internal and external teams, identifying risk, resolving conflict, removing impediments, and reducing external dependencies
  • Work closely with team members and stakeholders in preparation for project activities and events
  • Makes appropriate and realistic commitments
  • Uses tools to prepare, communicate, and share project KPI's, metrics and delivery results
  • Working closely with Product Owner(s), leaders and managers to help create product roadmaps, coach the writing of value-driven user stories, features, and epics, and maintains a well-refined backlog.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple workstreams in line with strategic business objectives and organization guidelines:
  • Plan and track all project activities using Jira, Structure, Teams, SharePoint and other project management tools.
  • Participate in technology/solution decisions with architecture and product teams for projects and ensure that technical design, unit testing, deployment, and implementation requirements are properly documented.
  • Manage and support the project prioritization and intake process.


  • Provides regular feedback to team(s) and leaders with new insights and lessons learned from team experiences
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
