Primary Function: To assist in development, planning, and coordination of the College's Admissions Office and enrollment goals and to participate as a member of the Enrollment team to achieve the goals of the Enrollment Management division and the College. This position is located at the Pocono Campus in Tannersville, PA.

Responsibilities: (1) Manage assigned recruitment territory of Northampton County or Monroe County area high schools as well as schools outside of the College's sponsoring school districts; (2) Establish and maintain partnerships with community organizations within assigned recruitment territory; develop and execute recruitment strategies for adult learner populations within assigned recruitment territory; (3) Utilize on a daily basis Hubspot or equivalent CRM tool; (4) Work towards achieving assigned territory enrollment goals. (5) Track and manage communication with assigned territory and the school counselors in those areas; (6) Assist in the review of selective admissions programs; (7) Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective students and their families to discuss the admissions and enrollment process, programs offered, and resources provided by the College; (8) In collaboration with the Director Enrollment Services and other staff at the Pocono campus, contribute to the planning and oversight of all recruitment-related campus events (Open Houses, Info Sessions, Tours, etc.) at the Pocono campuses; coordination with staff at the Bethlehem Township campus is required; (9) Create campus events related to prospective and accepted students and information sessions for academic areas; (10) Coordinate oversight of Workstudy student workers with colleagues in enrollment services; (11) Work towards accomplishing goals established in the college's admissions outreach plan, strategic enrollment management plan. (12) Speak with various community groups about the College and its programs; (13) Provide direction for students interested in on campus housing; (14) Liaison to an assigned NCC academic division; (15) Serve on various committees as assigned (16) Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Organizational Relationships: (1) Responsible to the Director/Enrollment Services with expectations for coordination with admissions staff at Bethlehem for performance of assigned responsibilities. (2) Work closely with the academic program directors, deans, faculty and staff, financial aid and college departments. (3) Relate to College and department goals; (4) Function as a part of the Admissions team.

Qualifications:(1) Education: attainment of a bachelor's degree from a Councilfor HigherEducation Accreditation (CHEA) approved Institutional Accreditor college; (2) Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: (a) demonstrated organization, communication, and leadership skills; (b) ability to work and communicate effectively with small and large groups, including public speaking; (c) ability to function effectively as a member of the Enrollment Services team; (d) skills in interpersonal relations with the ability to relate to students, academic personnel, and staff; (e) program planning experience (f) ability to adapt to differences and changes in program, colleagues, student, and community characteristics; (g) ability to work with and relate to community constituencies; (h) familiarity and experience working with data and data tools (excel, access, commercial reporting tools (business objects, edify, etc.). (3) Experience: 1-5 years in an educational environment or equivalent experience; community college enrollment preferred but not required.
