Description Discovery Biology Group at FMC Corporation, has an immediate opening for a motivated Associate Investigator to work in our FMC Stine Research Center Newark, Delaware research facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for management of on-site seed inventory, acquisition of seeds from relevant sources to support agrochemical discovery, evaluation of seed samples for purity, viability, vigor, and ensuring overall quality of crop and weeds seed lots used for discovery bioassay testing. The position requires working independently and in collaboration with other Research Associates and Principal Investigators in the Discovery Biology Team. The goal of Discovery Biology team at FMC is to discover novel agrochemicals, optimization and characterization of safe and sustainable new weed control technologies for Global agriculture Working in a team environment, the successful candidate will have job responsibilities, which include but are not limited to:
