The Role in Brief: Senior Manager, Product (Content) Marketing (Corporate B2B) Seramount is looking for a B2B content marketer who can balance project management and content development on a fast moving team. You will serve as a subject matter expert on our products, customer base, and market landscape to connect Seramount's growing portfolio of solutions to the changing needs of our corporate buyers. You will partner cross-functionally with sales, product, researchers, clients, digital, and creative teams to shape a high-performing content calendar that drives demand, increases brand awareness, and continuously evolves to address new insights. Note: this role is also open at the Associate Director level and candidates are being considered for both levels of the role. This hire is expected to be appointed with an official business title of 'Senior Manager, Product Marketing' to align with EAB business norms. The position may be based in Washington, D.C.; Richmond, VA; or is open to remote employment within the continental United States. Primary Responsibilities (What You'll Do):

Compensation: The anticipated starting salary range for this role is $55,000 - $80,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role. This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, such as individual and organizational performance.
