As a Product Manager, you will help identify customer needs, market opportunities, technology trends to ensure the products built will meet standards and provide value to the customer. As owner of the product, you will be responsible for the lifecycle of a product, overseeing the design and build, proposing enhancements and changes, monitoring the product for anomalies, and retiring the product when the time is right. The product manager will be the liaison between stakeholders and engineering team, driving requirements, managing priorities and planning outcomes.

  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the meetings technology or collaboration domain
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in analytics and KPI design and implementation, knowledge of Excel, Jira, Confluence, Power BI and SQL is a plus
  • A strategic mindset and good understanding of how a company's business groups work together to deliver comprehensive, high value customer experiences
  • A strong communicator who can establish and grow relationships, someone who can influence through effective product storytelling
  • The ability to leverage GenAI tools to strengthen and accelerate product deliverables (market research, maximizing productivity, plotting roadmaps, etc..)


Southern California Base Salary Range: $131,596-$210,554

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
