This is a hybrid role, requiring weekly, onsite collaboration at Columbia Sportswear's headquarters in Portland, Oregon. The Columbia eCommerce team plays a crucial role in improving the consumer experience on our Columbia sites and digital platforms in the US and Canada. We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded eCommerce Senior Manager of Retention Marketing to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing email and SMS marketing strategies to drive consumer engagement, retention, and revenue growth for our eCommerce platform across all consumer segments. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully managing email and SMS marketing campaigns, a deep understanding of customer behavior, and a passion for delivering results. Responsibilities may include development of teams, long range planning for eCommerce, setting financial and performance goals for channel managers, presentations to Executive leadership.
