Location: Women In Transition Program and Clean and Sober Existence Unit - Salisbury, MA. Travel to Middleton MA location may be required. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm Pay rate: $50,000 - $60,000/annually Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance 401k with company contribution Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment Qualifications: CADC, LADC, LPC, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT highly preferred. Experience with both substance use and mental health issues preferred. The Women In Transition (CASE) Clinician is responsible for: Assessing and evaluating offender needs. Providing referrals and aftercare services as required through collaboration and coordination of services with courts, probation officers, attorneys and treatment providers. Facilitating twice daily groups focusing on substance use disorder and relapse prevention. Monitoring offender compliance with all programs and ECSD rules and regulations. Maintaining records in accordance with Spectrum and ECSD policies and procedures. Participating in multi-disciplinary treatment planning, case reviews, conferences and other meetings as directed. Serving as a role model/mentor for offenders while maintaining professional.
