To strengthen our team in Home Office, we are looking for you as a(n) Business Development Manager (Nutraceuticals). The Business Development Manager will lead the initiatives for the Nutraceutical business in Americas. The position includes all necessary measures regarding the Sales and Business Approach for the existing product portfolio to research and identify new opportunities within current markets, and to achieve the maximum economic value for the Americas region. This includes contribution to the regional sales strategy for the existing portfolio, opening new markets, identifying new applications and supporting the development of them with the food/nutra-laboratory and Global Strategic Category Management team, innovative product line extensions, exploring business potentials for new products together with the Global New Product Team. This position will work in the Americas Region to identify, develop, create demand and recruit new customers to drive Nutraceutical business opportunities. This work includes: Defining the opportunities using a market data driven approach, developing the regional business plan, understanding the competitive landscape, using the candidate's business network, understanding regulatory requirements, as well as identify and establish supply chain capabilities and support developing a marketing/communication plan. The Business Development Manager may also be responsible for initiating and managing technical projects via the Project Selection Process. Job Qualifications
