Job Summary Front of House Staff are responsible for the customer service of the audience before, during, and after a performance and is mostly situated within the auditorium and lobby of the GCC Performing Arts Center, Recital Hall, and Soleri Amphitheater. They assist patrons at entertainment events by performing duties, such as checking-in and collecting passes from patrons, assisting in finding seats, searching for lost articles, and helping patrons locate such facilities as restrooms.
