What you'll be doing...

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join the Network Repair Bureau Innovation Team as a Tableau Dashboard Developer and Data Management Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for creating interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Tableau and other tools, as well as managing backend databases, data connections, and ensuring data integrity.

  • Develop and design visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards that share real-time analytics with a varied user base, from very technical to non-technical stakeholders.

  • SQL and database management.

  • Data visualization principles and design practices.

  • Problem-solving and analytics.

  • Effectively communicate to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Proven ability to create and manage Tableau dashboards

  • Strong knowledge and experience with ETL processes and tools

  • Proficiency in python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.

  • Solid understanding of SQL and experience with database management.

  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather insights from data and drive decision making

  • Experience or knowledge in data science techniques, such as statistical analysis or machine learning.

  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as R or Java for data analysis and automation

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and effectively communicating insights to stakeholders

  • Familiarity with data governance practices and ensuring data security and privacy

  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
