Working in a self-managed team concept, the Project Manager will be a part of the ENGIE Capital Projects Team based at Georgetown University. This team is responsible for the planning, administration, safe and on-time implementation of infrastructure capital projects associated with expanding and maintaining the utility system on the Georgetown University campuses (main and downtown) at or below approved budgets. Projects range in size from $100,000 to $25M, over the span of 1-5 years. The campus utility system includes the production and distribution of steam, chilled and hot water, and the distribution of domestic water and medium voltage electricity. This program is a business "start-up" to "maturity" journey and this role is fitting for a driven, creative and ambitious individual that is excited to embrace the team culture of a successful organization that is writing the book on public-private partnerships on higher education.
