The candidate should possess the academic credentials and professional experience necessary to teach courses in graphic design.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Master's preferred or Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communication design, interactive design or equivalent.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud software specifically: Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Proficient in web development (specifically HTML, CSS) and front-end design.
  • Proficient in designing for print and digital experiences (web, social media, video graphics)
  • Experience in managing a design team or studio.

Job Description
The School of Business, Education and Professional Studies at Cabrini University is seeking candidates for the multiple, part-time positions, Adjunct Instructor of Graphic Design, beginning in August 2023 for Fall 2023.

Courses in Design for Digital Media, Digital Color Theory and Business of Graphic Design in the Visual + Performing Arts Department need to be staffed for the Fall 2023 semester. Successful candidates will have professional experience in graphic and web design and be knowledgeable of emerging trends and technologies.

Candidates must be able to facilitate students from concept to creation. Instructing students on industry standard design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign a must. Experience with UX and video is a plus.
