Staffing Specialist- Care Coordination-Days- PRN

Overview

The Staffing Specialist works with all nursing units regarding staffing and employee pay. This individual oversees the daily operations of unit staffing levels and routinely updates individual employee time in the payroll system. Qualifications: A. Education 1. High school diploma or GED from an accredited institute required B. Experience 1. One year of experience in a healthcare environment preferred 2. Proficient in MS Office software, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint 3. Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines 4. Organizational skills with attention to detail 5. Ability to think outside the box 6. Ability to exercise judgment/discretion in making independent decisions 7. Ability to multitask and to establish and manage shifting priorities
