Executive Assistant II - Maine Behavioral Health

Summary



  • Come join the exciting team at Maine Behavioral Healthcare!

    The incumbent for this position will assume responsibility for all administrative duties for the COO and operations leadership. Duties are typically complex, confidential and require a high level of discretion and initiative.

    Responsibilities include:



    • Development and maintenance of tracking Excel spreadsheets for financial, compliance, task, and administrative information
    • Development and update of PowerPoint presentations
    • Provide administrative support to committees of the Board of Trustees
    • Attend off-site rounding and help monitor requests for assistance
    • Other administrative support as needed





  • Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)



    • Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. AS/BS preferred.


    • License/Certifications: CPS preferred.


    • Experience: 10+ years of administrative assistant experience suggested; business and management training preferred.
