Senior Director, Revenue Cycle Value Management - Remote

The Strategic Solution Advisor functions as the solution matter expert for Computer Assisted Coding supporting professional billing and coding applications during deployment of the technology and post deployment value management. This includes analysis, workflow design, user acceptance testing, training, go live support and data analysis. They work with multi-disciplinary teams comprised of both internal employees and client representatives (employees/vendors).

Primary Responsibilities:



  • To design, develop, maintain, train and evangelize Value Management Programs for Revenue Cycle
  • To build solid customer relationships through Value Management Program touchpoints and demonstrated through Net Provider Scores and Retention Metrics
  • To master our technology and service offerings and translate those capabilities to achievable and measurable value from pre contract throughout the life of the partnership
  • To leverage analytics to measure and communicate the intended value proposition of our solutions/offerings
  • Able to leverage analytics platform to analyze an institutions' operational, clinical, and / or financial performance
  • Supports Value Management Team through business planning and exhibits a sustainable growth plan
  • Provides and environment for professional growth, market knowledge sharing and evolution of the current Value Management Program and teams
  • Lead client facing meetings for Executive and departmental leadership, to include users at times
  • Support Growth Office as a solution matter expert during the sales and/or renewal process by providing but not limited to, pre-sale Return on Investment Analysis, Operational Assessment, Demonstration of the technology
  • Support Product Management team with product refinement opportunities, value proposition evolution, client education and/or overall solution matter expertise
  • Partner with Deployment team to ensure implementation of the technologies illustrates best practices to achieve solution value
  • Develop solid partnerships with clients and internal teams

Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8+ years of Revenue Cycle Leadership in an acute care health system
  • 5+ years of Middle Revenue Cycle leadership in an Acute Care Health System
  • 5+ years of experience presenting to C-Suite
  • Clinical Documentation certification such as CDIP, with BSN or MSN
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Proficient with MS Power BI or other Business Intelligence Platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and draw conclusions from data
  • Experience driving change management
  • Proven relationship building
  • Experience in multi-disciplinary conversations (Clinical, CDI, HIM/Coding, Quality, Case Management)
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communications-able to lead presentations
  • Proven ability to execute projects independently
  • Experience with working across multiple projects and relationships
  • Willing and able to travel, including overnight, as needed up to 50% of time



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Master's Degree
  • Experience with acute healthcare EMR, Clinical Documentation Improvement System and/or Coding Systems
  • Full understanding of product life cycle and project management

Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, or New York City Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $113,500 to $218,100. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada/New York City residents is $113,500 to $218,100.
