KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Talent Development to join our Talent & Culture organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the design and development of talent and leadership development solutions and/or programs (e.g., high potential development, leadership assessment, coaching/mentoring)
  • Manage the implementation of development solutions and/or programs including vendor management, content and/or materials development, stakeholder management and communication strategy
  • Consult and collaborate with stakeholders and leaders to identify, recommend, and implement scalable talent programs and/or individual/team interventions
  • Recommend, design, and implement measurement and evaluation strategies to assess impact and outcomes; suggest actions based on analysis of data
  • Apply research skills to inform talent and leadership development initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of recent experience in talent or leadership development, learning and development, and/or organization development/talent management
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; master's degree in Human Resources, Applied Psychology or related field is preferred
  • Experience designing/implementing talent and/or leadership programs and consulting with leaders to identify appropriate development experiences and solutions to improve individual and team effectiveness; experience working with psychometric assessments is preferred
  • Proven experience leading large projects demonstrating strong organization and analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, tracking deadlines & milestones, and communicating status while also being attentive to details; ability to influence, collaborate, and work effectively with colleagues and senior leadership
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels; strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
