Staffing and Talent Acquisition Liaison

The Challenge:

Are you passionate about partnering with hiring managers, recruiting teams, and leadership to build and sustain cybersecurity and engineering workforces in ever-changing environments? You will use your strong communication skills and expertise in recruiting and staffing strategy to collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and improve recruiting, hiring, sourcing, and demand planning practices during large-scale change.

You will work with talent teams, hiring managers, and leadership to forecast and plan for future talent needs to stay ahead of the game. You will be expected to operate with limited supervision and substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. You will also be asked to serve as a Booz Allen practitioner in the management consulting pillars and assist with developing new service offerings and intellectual capital for talent acquisition efforts.This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, sourcing, staffing strategy, or workforce demand planning

  • Experience in working with hiring managers to identify talent needs

  • Experience with determining staffing strategy and next steps for staffing hard-to-fill roles

  • Experience with conducting trend analysis, developing business cases, identifying process gaps, designing new processes, or making recommendations for improvement

  • Experience with supporting cross-functional and dispersed organizations

  • Experience with delivering high-quality client service in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment

  • Experience with entering and maintaining data in low code and no code platforms or HRIS systems

  • Knowledge of market trends in cybersecurity and engineering recruiting

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with change management, strategic planning, culture change, or mid-to-large-scale transformation

  • Experience in working with cybersecurity, Agile, DevSecOps, or engineering teams

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Master's degree

  • Change Management, Human-Centered Design, or Project Management certification

  • Agile, DevOps, or Cybersecurity certification

Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements. The proposed salary range for this position is outlined below.

Colorado: $77,400 - $161,700 (annualized USD)

New York (including New York City): $82,300 - $197,700 (annualized USD)
