On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Enterprise Technology Services and Solutions strategy. You'll work with program leadership to review key initiatives, including budget, resourcing, and tactical planning using tools like MS Project, Smartsheet and regular interactions with Senior Leadership, Internal Customers and cross functional team members The real power of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with supporting a cross-functional team for IT projects
  • Experience with working in dynamic environments that require flexibility
  • Knowledge of general software and IT concepts for corporate functions and project management best practices
  • Ability to manage assigned tasks, activities, and deliverables effectively
  • Ability to schedule and participate in meetings working with leads, including the creation of meeting agendas and supporting meeting presentations and materials
  • Ability to build consensus project team members, external and internal, to ensure cross-functional collaboration and engagement
  • Ability to create and maintain key initiative artifacts such as meeting minutes, action, risk, and decisions logs as examples including monitoring and tracking the progress across all items
  • Ability to work with leads and other project team members to develop and maintain periodic status reports
  • Ability to keep management informed on project progress key metrics such as schedule, cost, risks, and issues
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
