Product Marketing Manager, Lead

Key Role:

Deliver go-to-market strategies for launching solutions among target markets that drive demand for products, including leveraging integrated marketing strategies, client insights. Develop Business Plans and drive product development strategy across Booz Allen's Global Defense Sector.Serve as an SME on key market segments, the buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria and communicate the value proposition of the products to client-facing employees and enable commercialization and sales. Manage the development of case studies, product requirements, business plans and marketing collateral development and support detailed and insightful metrics-based marketing programs, and partner with finance and product teams to support Business models and return. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management government and commercial business

  • Experience with documenting and implementing processes

  • Experience with developing product requirements

  • Ability to translate complex information into clear communications comprehend by a wide range of audiences, including employees, customers, and the media

  • Ability to organize multiple work streams simultaneously

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in FAR Part 12

  • Ability to show track record developing core messaging, and positioning development in support of product management

  • Ability to exhibit editing skills and pay attention to detail

  • Ability to lead initiatives with confidence

  • Possession of excellent presentation, customer support, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

  • Possession of excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
