Position Purpose This position is responsible for tracking and analyzing various sources of data, providing detailed trend report and analysis on possible reasons for changes in trends monitored, administering Public Works agreements and contracts, and administration of the Facilities work order system to ensure for continuity of Evergreen operations. The incumbent works with the Support Services Manager as Public Works contract administrator and fiscal support for Facilities. The position provides fiscal support and reporting for Facilities Services, including data analysis, contract and fiscal operations involving an overlap or combination of disciplines, processing personnel records, performing purchasing, reconciling transactions, payment of all utilities, and other types of fiscal operations. Work is performed through public contact including, but not limited to, outside vendors, contractors, architects, engineers, students, staff, and faculty.
This is a full time, overtime-eligible classified staff position on the Olympia Campus of The Evergreen State College. Salary and Benefits: $3,517 – $4,703 per month of full-time work + excellent benefits including paid sick and vacation leave; paid campus holidays; a generous medical, dental, life, and disability insurance package; and a tuition waiver program.
