Senior Digital Engineer
Responsibilities:
Design, Implementation, Verification, and Physical Synthesis of NVM (Non-volatile Memory) controllers for both OTP (One Time Programmable) and MTP (Multiple Time Programmable) products at leading technology nodes.
Maintenance of digital control blocks, chip test systems, circuit models, and design for test circuits, as well as participation in all phases of the design cycle. The design cycle includes modeling, RTL (Register Transfer Language) coding, verification, synthesis, and P & R (Place and Routing).
In addition to these duties, the position involves creating custom software to debug, validate, and qualify next-generation NVM IP (Intellectual Property), as well as providing technical support to internal customers, AEs (Application Engineers), and customers during their product integration phase.
Requirements:
BS in EE or related field
5+ years' experience in a related field
Familiarity with Verilog, digital verification and synthesis a must.
Familiarity with place & routing and Synopsys tools (VCS, Formality, CustomCompiler) preferred.
