Your Role With Us:Located on D5 in Building D, our Medical Telemetry unit is one of three medical units considered a "Care in Place" model, where staff provide care for a mix of intermediate and medical-surgical level of care patients who may require continuous telemetry monitoring. Population is highly diverse with diagnosis of heart failure, sepsis, renal failure, respiratory failure, and patients with multiple co-morbidities. Patients have multiple medical diagnose offering a variety of healthcare experiences for nurses. Nurses have the experience of caring for patients holistically and strive to provide an exceptional experience every time to patients and their families.
