As the Talent Brand and Experience Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing programs and strategies that position Synopsys as an employer of choice. You will oversee delivering a personalized top-notch experience for our candidates to help them see that Synopsys is the place for them!

You will manage a team that is focused on bringing the Synopsys talent brand to life, executing recruitment marketing campaigns and scaling our candidate experience to the next level. You will oversee the development and implementation of a recruitment support team, focused on delivering a signature recruitment experience and drive and scale talent brand engagement, awareness and recognition.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Combine inbound and outbound talent marketing strategies that are customized for local audiences and key talent communities around the globe.
  • Collaborate with local teams to deliver strategies through both enterprise and local relationships with key branding and attraction partners.
  • Create compelling content and story-telling that showcase Synopsys culture, opportunities and innovative technology
  • Establish a data insights strategy by defining clear campaign metrics, track results and share ROI with key stakeholders
  • Ensure brand consistency across channels and candidate touchpoints globally
  • Work closely with the corporate enterprise team responsible for our overarching Employer Brand and Social Media strategy to ensure alignment and messaging
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for our social channels and facilitate frequent benchmarking to stay apprised on the latest trends and advancements within talent marketing
  • Develop and implement new programs and initiatives to support the attraction and engagement of both internal and external talent
  • Partner with cross-functional teams like L&D and HRIS to implement solutions within our systems and processes to enhance the candidate experience - from top to bottom funnel
  • Lead the global effort to manage and optimize talent attraction programs such as our global employee referral program and RIYA (Returnship)
  • Help define and implement a shared services recruitment support team that will be focused on bottom funnel execution
Skills and background you bring to the team:

  • Proven track record for developing creative talent marketing strategies
  • A great vision for a compelling, consistent and memorable candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Excellent program and project management capabilities, the ability to take an idea and bring it to realization
  • A strong curiosity to create compelling content to help us attract and build a diverse talent pipeline
  • A passion for analytics and an insight-driven mindset
  • A global mindset and ability to operate across disciplines, cultures and scenarios, and to influence at multiple levels of an organization.
  • Experience with social media platforms, solutions and functionality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership skills: customer-driven, solution-oriented, drives through ambiguity, facilitates change management
  • 8+ years working in a high-tech Talent Acquisition environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in recruitment marketing, employer brand or a related field
  • Experience in project or program management; working cross-functionally across a globally distributed organization.
  • Experience in brand marketing, with an understanding of insight development, evaluation and expertise in crafting strategy, narratives, storytelling frameworks, and internal user campaigns

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $111,000 to $194,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. Synopsys offers comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits as part of a of a competitive total rewards package. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
