Responsibilities TITLE OF POSITION: Account Manager REPORTS TO: Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President or Vice President STATUS: Exempt JOB SUMMARY: Work with consultants and clients to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our employee benefit and/or Human Resource solutions. Build and maintain strong client and carrier relationships, provide excellent customer service and support designed to meet client needs and objectives. Work as an interface between the client, consultant and carrier partners. Provide support to consultants and team members on projects, departmental initiatives, as well as sales initiatives.
