Program Lead

As a leader on our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of corporate strategy. You'll partner with program leadership to review contracts, project cost accounting, and tactical planning using tools like MS Project and lead a team of SMEs, schedulers, and analysts. You Have:

• 10+ years of experience with leadership, including leading cross-functional teams in the areas of acquisition, engineering, analytics, or consulting

• Experience with CECOM

• Knowledge of the systems engineering management process and its implementation as applied to the Department of Army and DoD acquisition processes throughout all life cycle phases

• Knowledge of DoD policies on systems engineering, integrated product and process development (IPPD), and integrated product team (IPT) management

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

• PMP or DAWIA Level III Certification

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working on DoD programs

• Knowledge of Government Acquisition and Contracting

• Ability to manage Software and Information Technology programs

• TS/SCI clearance

• Master's degree in Engineering or Information Technologies preferred

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
