New York Institute of Technology seeks an Associate Director, for the Office of the Dean at the College of Osteopathic Medicine located on the Long Island (Old Westbury, NY) campus.



Responsibilities

Work with Principle Investigators (PI) on post-award grants for the COM in OW & Arkansas. Manage expenses & positions & ensure budgets are spent appropriately.

Monitor collaborative agreement expenses associated with grants.

Manage the grant budget & review expenditures & monitor spending in each budget line.

Provide reports to PI's with grant expenditures & balances.

Create database for contracts.

Perform other duties as assigned.



Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree is required.

Budgeting and financial experience is required; grant experience is preferred.

Must have strong EXCEL and computer skills.

Must have knowledge of Oracle and Data Warehouse.

Must have excellent communications skills and ability to work independently.

New York Tech considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate experience/expertise, education/training, key skills, geographic location, internal peer equity as well as market, organizational considerations and/or applicable collective bargaining agreement when extending an offer.



Minimum Salary

USD $70,000.00/Yr.


Maximum Salary

USD $80,000.00/Yr.
