ABOUT THIS ROLE: The candidate must be a positive innovative team player, demonstrate a can-do, helpful attitude, and enjoy working professionally with a diverse group of people. You will be part of a team that works with processing food and beverage tax returns, business licenses, business tangible personal property, personal property declarations, weed liens, rollback taxes, transient occupancy, daily rental returns, and resolving tax issues and concerns.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of data entry experience, payables, or accounting, and experience working with the public face-face or by phone. .

PREFERENCES: The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of data entry experience, the ability to multi-task, be a problem solver/analytical thinker and self-starter.

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: Monday through Friday: There are two shifts: 8:00 to 4:30 and 8:30 to 5:00.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must pass a criminal background check.

ENTRY SALARY RANGE: $20.43 - $25.86
