Manager, Audit Collaboration and Content Enablement Team Member

KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Audit Collaboration and Content Enablement Team Member to join our Global Audit Solutions organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Content Enablement team and member firms to coordinate and perform activities to facilitate the delivery of customized and translated content to the member firms, including both workflow and library content
  • Communicate with member firm stakeholders regarding library and workflow customization as well as translation process timelines and impact
  • Obtain a deep understanding of the customization and translation solutions and processes, as well as member firms' business and IT requirements and challenges and formulate and assist in executing deployment strategies, which enable member firms to successfully progress on the deployment journey
  • Serve as first access point for member firm customization and translation related support matters from the member firms; address support matters, as appropriate and escalate in accordance with escalation guidance
  • Collaborate with the regions and member firms to understand their customization and translation needs to drive successful global transition to the KPMG Clara workflow
  • Maintain close relationships with regional deployment teams and member firm deployment stakeholders to understand member firm needs and enable two-way communications; Gather and present feedback from member firms and audit professionals, using Customization and Translation solution to enable continued enhancement

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of experience External Auditor; experience in the deployment of an Audit solutions at a regional or global accounting firm preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; CPA Preferred
  • Experience implementing change management initiatives within the audit function
  • Working on a project or client engagement with a distributed team
  • Ability to build strong relationships with contacts at all levels in other member firms, especially executive/senior contacts
  • Experience supporting deployments in different countries or in different roles within a member firm (100GLB)
