Network Operations Center Manager Key Role: Manage large-scale network monitoring and service desk operation for large, complex, mission-critical cyber and IT programs for the federal government. Lead strategy of development of solutions to highly complex problems. Monitor network administration and maintenance operations and resolve network incidents to ensure the smooth-running of the network operation center. Develop new applications based on professional principles and theories. Exercise considerable latitude and maintain responsibility for supervision and development of network operations center and service desk. Work across cross-functional teams of technical, strategic, and operational SMEs delivering technical solutions.
