Software Engineer, Senior

Key Role:

Support the Integration and Test Team as a Software Engineer with an Agile focus. Establish a Software Test Organization across the program that adequately tests and evaluates all Software components. Work with internal and external customers to define and document instrumentation, and data requirements. Work with Systems Engineers methodology. Lead activities for all Software subsystems. This position is located in Colorado Springs, CO.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with developing test objectives, concepts, and architectures in the context of the overall system
• Experience with Test Driven Development and Automated Test
• Ability to work in a collaborative, and Agile IPT environment
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with integration and test lead experience resulting in demonstrated delivery of operational systems
• Experience working in a multi-company contract
• Experience with Agile Scrum Test Life Cycle
• Experience with digital transformation practices, including Agile, DevSecOps, and automated testing
• Experience with using SE and Agile tools, including DOORS, CAMEO, and Jira
• Knowledge of United States Space Force and USAF space surveillance sensor elements and associated test practices
• TS/SCI clearance

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 130,000 to 145,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
