Cybersecurity Technologist, Mid

Key Role:

Tackle an array of cybersecurity challenges in a complex and ever evolving environment from RMF to cybersecurity policies and developing DevSecOps processes and early integration, you'll face an array of challenges. Lead the assessment of your client's current cyber policies, the coverage of those policies, and areas of risks. Analyze and evaluate how policies stack up to regulations, best practices, and industry standards. Build trusted relationships with our key clients and offer your expert opinions to help them solve problems. Work in a consultative role to ensure the client operates securely as they navigate an evolving IT environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with the DoD or federal government

  • Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF)

  • Experience with Cybersecurity

  • Experience with analyzing information assurance and cybersecurity practices, policies, and strategies

  • Experience with DevSecOps

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity risk assessments

  • Top Secret clearance

  • Associate's Degree

  • Security+ or DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certifications

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Nessus, HBSS, ACAS or other Vulnerability Assessment tools

  • Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA)

  • Knowledge of Army staff procedures and relevant NIST, DoD, and Army cyber policies

  • Knowledge of DoD Joint instructions and manuals

  • Knowledge of NIST 800 series publications

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • CASP, Cloud+, CEH, CHFI, CySA+, CGIA, GCIH, or GICSP Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
