Senior Associate, Audit Workflow Development

KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Audit Workflow Development to join our KPMG Global Audit Solutions Group organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the functionality and capabilities that comprise the KGSG Audit's product portfolio with the development, support and innovation of Global audit solutions
  • Manage development high-level functional specification and delivery schedule by working with Knowledge group to align content authored with planned capabilities and lead cross track collaboration, to promote alignment of scope and plans
  • Act as the Subject matter expert in the respective product and contribute to the Audit process and knowledge area applicable to the product and product requirements
  • Oversees and manages the respective product in respect to Product lifecycle management, user experience, Country testing along with Product definition and release planning
  • Manage and assess the impact of identified defects and where necessary work with Development and Product Delivery, to deploy a timely fix to address the issue
  • Facilitate implementation and delivery of trainings with Global Learning and Development and participate in regional trainings, as necessary; Development of Functional Guidance, including QRC's, User Guides and Videos along with others

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of professional experience in an External Audit position; Experience in Designing or creating internal member firm audit tools is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; CPA preferred
  • Working on a project or client engagement with a distributed team; Ability to build strong relationships with contacts at all levels in other member firms, especially executive / senior contacts
  • Recent experience in using Audit workflows Systems to perform audit engagements
  • Ability to build strong relationships with contacts at all levels in other member firms
  • Flexibility to work irregular work hours to accommodate multiple time-zones and manage in a global virtual environment (100GLB)
