Associate Director, Program Management

KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Program Management to join our Global Group which is part of KPMG International organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage one or more Programs, including the projects within the program from end-to-end following project management best practices; applying consistently project management standards and quality assurance using Clarizen
  • Schedule, host regular project meetings, setting the agenda, taking and sharing meeting notes and outcomes and following up on actionable items
  • Translate business strategy, roadmaps and lifecycle recommendations for Programs
  • Project planning, stakeholder management and managing the successful delivery of the Programs' output to ensure alignment against program goals
  • Organize and monitor inter-connected projects within the program, identifying and ensuring interdependencies are identified and raised to the respective project lead
  • Define the program governance, considering appropriate stakeholders: following project management best practices, recommend process improvements and help drive change management of process change

Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight years experience in program and project management in large complex programs
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, PMP required
  • Experience working in a complex international and diverse cross-cultural environment, ideally with experience in a professional services firm
  • Strong leadership skills with teams and people development skills, role modelling, ethical and collaborative working and able to foster a creative and inclusive working environment
  • Comfortable with complexity and finding a new path or solution coupled with strong business acumen: confidence in working in an ambiguous, constantly changing environment and prepared to be responsive and flexible
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and decision-making skills; excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clear, compelling ideas, confidence and effective interacting with and crafting leadership/executive-level communications to senior business partners
